MARIA VICTA

I am an educator with 5 years of experience in Baltimore City Public Schools. I was formerly a visual arts teacher, with experience in creating lessons building on the fundamentals of art-making and implementing long-form projects focused on identity.

I have spent the last ten years in Baltimore, Maryland, after moving from Bethesda, Maryland, to study at the Maryland Institute College of Art. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in General Fine Arts and a Master of Arts in Teaching. I am currently enrolled at Johns Hopkins University to gain a Master's in Museum Studies.

 

Currently, I am employed in a Montessori school system focusing on nurturing different learning styles and ways of teaching. Specializes in organizational and communication skills.
